Hi Body-Hi Fin Altum Flora Discus Fish are an oval shaped discus fish, which are taller than they are long. They develop an electric blue background with a bold bright red stripe which goes from head to tail. This unique new body style on an old hardy red turquoise can grow to a phenomenal size of over 8 inches. A superb shape, this discus fish is a must-have in any aquarium.

Young Adult Discus Fish

Young adult discus fish 4 to 5 inches are a great size for aquariums 100 gallons and larger, also for customers wanting that instant gratification of a fully colored discus fish. At 4 inches and up discus fish are showing 90% of their adult colors as the picture shows. At this size, they are 7 to 8 months old and still have many years ahead. For breeders they will start to spawn within a month or two when they are this age. Young adults are a great addition to the aquarium and will add instant color giving the tank that WOW effect, very nice-very nice!!

A beautiful healthy Discus arrived on time and acclimated to the aquarium quickly. Began to eat in within a few hours and now is thriving in its new environment. I should of ordered more! Thanks Steve
