Young Adult Discus Fish
Young adult discus fish 4 to 5 inches are a great size for aquariums 100 gallons and larger, also for customers wanting that instant gratification of a fully colored discus fish. At 4 inches and up discus fish are showing 90% of their adult colors as the picture shows. At this size, they are 7 to 8 months old and still have many years ahead. For breeding they will start to show signs of spawning activity within a few months at this age. Young adults are a great addition to the aquarium and will add instant color giving the tank that WOW effect, very nice-very nice!!

superb Heckel cross!!!
bought a pair of this discus. With temp at 87F, they were eager eaters and showing colors. Can't wait to get some babies from this pair!

Love looking at his stripes, definitely one of my favorite fish! Spunky guy adds a beautiful wild look to the tank, I may want more of these! Steve is great and I love Mac's discus, I won't shop elsewhere! Great prices and great selection of beautiful healthy fish.
